The employees were reasonably helpful and professional, however the drop off and pick up process is HORRIBLE. You have to go to the office within the city, complete the paperwork, and then walk 8 blocks to a parking garage to pick up the vehicle. The directions to pick up and drop off are horrible, as it only brings you near the parking garage and falls to explain where to enter to -2 level, or where to go, (the map was awful) and it took me more than 1 hour to even find this underground parking garage site (with my wife waiting with our luggage on the streets of Varna). That happened both on picking up and dropping off. I am a 66-year-old man with heart conditions and there was no special help or assistance as I had to walk around Varna in the summer heat to figure out how to pick up and drop off my rental. There needs to be a better system for assisting customers (old and young), to not make renting at this location into a horror show. The car was very good. The prices are very fair, but those experiences at pick up and drop off were really traumatic and difficult and tainted my opinion of this particular location of Top Rent a Car.

Very new and clean car, but not at all satifsfied about pick-up and drop-off (see below).

Tried to sell us an extra insurance (but we had one all-in insurance) and the formula of drop-off with empty tank (an expensive one...). Let us sign papers without giving us the time to read everything carefully.
We had to pay an extra fee of 70 euro because the car was 'too dirty'. What was not the case: just normal use during 10 days. We wanted to clean it ourselves but this was not allowed. No space for arguments...

few employees, klots of customers, long waiting. car had problem, filled it up when returning, and up and up and up and up and up. yes five times i filled it up in 30 minutes, still the gas gauge showed not full. that was about 28 euros. they asked fr all gas receipts to check if there is a problem with that. But i doubt, if they ever return my money, when they find a problem with the car. the few scratched\s a bush caused the car damage, cost me 145 euros. i my opinion, it was nearly double the actual cost of repair. if you want, I can tell you more. thank you

We have noticed there have been more cases like ours: clients getting full insurance yet you making them pay for damages anyway, because they did not notice it and/or report it to you. This might be a company rule under Bulgarian law, but it shows poor customer service to not inform people about this, but hold them responsible nontheless. Stanimir should have told us: "Contact the company in all cases of suspected damage", instead of "Call us when you have an accident". Then, we could have tried to notice the damage and report it. But this way, it caused a lot of confusion and unnecessary problems. We hope you will improve this in the future.
Dmitro tried to help us, even though the rules he had to work with are unclear and unfair.
