There was no one there in the drop off area at Burgas Airport and it took almost an hour until someone showed up.

The car was as agreed but 100 kms less than a full tank of fuel. The charging cable for the hotspot was faulty and constantly falling out making the hotspot unit useless. When I highlighted this to the your rep at pick up stage his response was that I needed to buy my own cable for the unit.

Gospodin was professional and answered any questions we had. It was a shame he didn’t check the hotspot unit we had rented as he would have found the cable was faulty and would likely have replaced it. Overall I found him good to deal with.
Very to the point and not friendly or helpful. When I pointed out the hotspot unit had a faulty cable, he told me to go buy my own cable. I rate him average to poor.

Hyundai Tucson. Nice car but the boot isn't as big as you might expect, no biger than something like a Ford Mondeo.

When we picked up the car at Sofia Airport in the middle of the night, we received a contract from Georgi, where only 2 scratches were noticed . When we arrived in the underground parking place, there was nobody from Top rent a car , and surprisely there were more scratches on the car than mentioned. Thanks God we took pictures of it, because when we deliver the car back , we had quite some discussion about this problem with Gospodin who received the car! Moreover, on our way back to Sofia Airport, an orange light showed up with “ injection problem” and the car was not driving properly anymore and the speed kept slowing down . We were worried not to be able to reach the airport, but we managed anyway but with some delay . Obviously we called Top rent a car to inform about our problem and NOT to be charged extra hours ! Thanks God , it was ok but not really easy to convince the person that checked back the car , to understand that we had absolutely nothing to do with this injection problem . Finally we got the WHOLE deposit back, but with some frustration ! It should not be like this when you are a regular customer like we are.

picking up from the airport and arranging the car was super. The drop off was very very poor, my flight left at 06:00 and would then have to bring the car to Terminal 2 Sofia Airport around 04:00. No sooner said than done, however there appears to be no one behind the counter. After waiting 30min and repeating the number on the sign on the counter, I threw the keys in the bin behind the counter.

The overall experience was great except one thing , when you rent a vehicle for more than 20 days you have to come back with the renal car to one of the centres to pay again the security deposit even though the fee was paid in full. At this moment we had family emergency and the customer service rep on the phone was extremely rude and had no compassion regarding our situation. That ruined our experience with your company. When working in customer service with all different situations you have to have a bit compassion and great customer service skills.
