Pavel was very nice guy. I wouldn’t rent a car with you another time it’s too mvh paperwork and deposit 1000 leva is too much. We agreed shuttle to the airport at 5 o’clock but we didn’t go before 5:15. Svetoslav was very bad at giving good service. I will never rent a car with you again. The car had several damages but I still had to pay full price. The battery needed a change.

Agent very good but pickup location was abysmal. I was advised the office was in the Terminal. Drop agent also very good but again location of drop site was a problem. We waited 30 minutes for shuttle to airport which almost caused me to miss my flight!

This is due to the increase in airport fees and rents by landlords (airports). In order to keep our prices low and continue to offer the best service at the best price, we need to make changes to our service. We at "Top Rent A Car" recommend customers to choose office pickup, thus the service is not subject to additional fees. In Sofia, you can pick up your car from our central office after a free shuttle bus ride, and the ride from the airport entrance to the office takes about 5 minutes. When making the reservation and marking Sofia-Airport on the website, 2 options are displayed: free shuttle service or pickup from the terminal (for which the given additional fee is also displayed). The car was booked for 2 pm, managed to get it at 4 pm. Asked to wait outside more than an hour where temp. was above 30. Unfriendly staff, disparagement.
Friendly. Can't blame him for the delay. was quite busy.

Колата не беше добре изчистена при вземане , не получих карти за отстъпки, Топ рента кар трябваше дами възстанови една сума все още нищо не съм получил за тях, и последното до сега връщането на автомобила беше в летището а сега се оказа във централния офис защо не съм получил такава информация .

In general everything went well, with the bad experience at the end that a piece was missing that we did not even know existed, of which we were not informed at the pick-up. Then you are left with a bittersweet taste. The pickup was very cold, dry and uncomfortable.

The person in charge of the pick-up was quite dry, cold and distant. I couldn't explain practically anything, with a level of English that was difficult to understand. Bad experience as soon as you arrived in the country.
He was very friendly, he spoke Spanish, which made communication much easier. As soon as we arrived he told us that the compressor was missing, which we had not been informed about, we did not know anything about and we were very surprised. He understood us perfectly and understood everything. Very kind.

С изключение на това че чакахме около 40 минути на терминала след дълъг полет и с малко дете за да ни вземе бус, всичко останало беше супер. Оценката е базирана на дългото чакане. Беше ни представено че обикновено се чака около 5 минути, но уви.

All representatives were great but the shuttle bus wait was too much. We waited 30 plus min to get to the rental place. Overall good service
