The staff is excellent. The cars are not. Advertising new cars and renting out three year old cars with 100k km. We needed to change one car due to strange noises. Our expectation were different to what we got.

Cars are advertised as new cars to be rented out. Ours had 100.000km, 3 years and one exchange of a car.

Mr hristo went through the process quickly
I had booked this service through bookings.com
Also brought an additional full cover insurance
How ever when the agent told me that i will not have any cover nor any break down assistant from Top rent a car since i did not buy additional covers from them was a real shock
This made me very nervous and my whole trip very anxious that if something goes wrong whom am i suppose to call for help in a foreign land
A breakdown assistance is a minimum requirement for a car rental service
I hope you will look into this matter seriously to make customers feels safe and reassured
Drop off was quite smooth Very frendly staff

Having no counter within the airport makes this a little difficult
But if have a phone with international call facilities
They will attend to you and send a shuttle to pick up
Having no breakdown assistance is a big bummer
Even when you have a full cover brought from a third party
Their own covers and very expensive almost double the price of the whole rent

The car wad marked with over 30 scratches. Although when returning the the deposit was fully returned, it give a very bad impression that every small scratch will be charged.

Terrible pick up service with an hour wait before driving off in a car with knocking from front of car. Returned immediately where the car was put on a ramp, wheels off and about 2 hour wait! Took a lot of effort to get them to switch the car and eventually drove away after 2.5 hour wait.
Car was ok until it started raining then found out wiper blades were worn and scratchy.
Drop off was much better and the shuttle bus driver was great. Maybe we were unlucky?

Car wasn't in good shape at all this time. It's the 3rd rent that I make with you guys and I had always been pleased by the cars. Unfortunately this time Android Auto didn't work, (gave error with the cable even though it is working perfectly fine in my car with the same cable) and the wireless key to unlock the car sometimes wouldn't work. Nothing major but still not good quality for a car with over 100'000 kms.
