Оцінка послуги:
very bad
Let me be clear this rating has nothing to do with the staff. Actually apart from the one in Scotland fis Airport who acted like he just could not be bothered to serve us and gave us very vague instructions! Anyway all the other staff have been excellent and really friendly and helpful. The low score is because on both occasions pick up and drop off their wasn't enough staff to serve the demand of customers. On the way back we waited just over 45 minutes to be served because there was only one young man on drop off and one on check in. Shocking.. Behind us there were another 6 people waiting to be served and he was just staying calm and polite. He shouldn't be put in this position due to lack of resources it's not fair on him or us. We had got there early as if we hadn't we would have been very close to get our flight. I used top cars in Romania and again staff were excellent. You just need to ensure you have enough staff on duty for the demand.

Really helpful and polite
How this guy was staying calm I don't know he was the only one working in the office and we had to wait just over 45 minutes to be served. Kudos to him for keeping his calm!
