Колата ми беше предоставена с непълен резервоар в София на 16-ти май. Изключително разочарована съм. Имах технически проблем със същата кола (спирачките отказаха). Обадих се и господина на 24-часовия телефон се държа много непрофесионално.

The car had so many small damages as i got it, that it Tool more than 20 min to control when i gave it back and i almost didn‘t catch my flight because of that!!!‘ for me that is Not acceptable!

Не съм сигурен дали са служителите или фирмата просто не осигурява достатъчен персонал!! Абсолютен хаус! Водя двама нови клиенти хвалейки толкова много топ рента Кар а не можем 2,30ч да си вземем колите!При предаването трябваше да се защитавам с видео което съм направил за да се потвърдят думите ми че не АЗ съм направил щетата по колата!Липсват ви бусове за шатъл! Ако ви ползвах услугите за първи път със сигурност нямаше да повторя!!!(На последният въпрос ще отговоря да, но при повторен случай като последният наем категорично НЕ)

I have been renting cars from here for about 4 years without a problem but because I broke a wheel cap I was charged €190 with admin charge of €60 which I think is very excessive won’t use again ☹️

Waiting time of more than 40 minutes upon return. Drop off counter was blocked by taking new rentals. Never had that at any other car rental company. Normally, staff is at the return parking lot, taking the keys, checking the car, signature, ready to go. 2 minutes. Not the fault of your staff member, but organized very poorly by the company.

While I appreciate the professionalism of the agents, I am very dissatisfied with the management of my case. I was provided with a faulty vehicle (alternator failure) and pressured to 'manipulate the battery' myself, despite having Premium Insurance. I was even threatened with charges for the mechanic's visit if I didn't 'collaborate'.
Furthermore, the 48% fuel level upon return was a direct result of the breakdown (I was advised not to turn off the engine for safety). It is unacceptable that this wasn't recorded as a technical necessity

The agents were polite, but I am disappointed with the lack of professional guidance during pick-up. When I pointed out the navigation screen failure, the agent simply 'fixed' it but did not suggest or encourage me to record it in the contract. As a customer, I expected the staff to ensure all pre-existing issues were documented for my safety. This lack of transparency was critical, as that initial glitch was the first sign of the major alternator failure I suffered later.
I am extremely happy with the service provided during the early drop-off. The agent was excellent, spoke my language, and was very empathetic. Although he couldn't provide an immediate refund, he reassured me and, most importantly, added the initial navigation screen issue to the report—something that should have been done at pick-up. This kind of professional and honest service is what I expected from the start. Great service at the Sofia office!
