Hey. We rented the car from you for the first time. At the sales booth we were told to return the vehicle by 11:30 am. Our flight was at 6 in the morning and we returned the car around 04:30 in the morning. The employee was not nice. Took another 24 euros because it's night time. No one told us this while we returned the vehicle many hours ahead of schedule. Very disappointed.

Extremely slow and Ridiculously Meticulous and out of proportion for what is needed. Lack any sense of customer services. Created a huge cue to the point people just gave up and move to other companies. Took him 27 minutes ( after standing 15 minutes in the cue!) to get the papers ready!!!! CRAZY guy. He kept telling me that this is his job and this is how he needs to do it.
Professional, friendly and fast.

I fulled the car twice, once at the night before the flight (early at the morning) and again (secondly) at the morning but the tank sensor showed that the car is not full, I explained this to Bogolyub but he said that he need a recipe, I didn't have it because I didn't asked for one because I payed only 2 euro at the second try. anyway the car sensor is not working properly. I even wanted to return to the gas station but when I wanted to get out from the airport i understand that i need to pay parking on the airport according to Bogolyub I should pay that too, anyway have running out of time and this lead me to pay 25 euro more then Ieeded to

The pickup agent said that if i don't buy extra insurance from you i might be liable for any damage that is my fault, despite my voucher saying i have cdw, tp and 3rd party insurance with a limited excess. He ignored the voucher and refused to look at it. I see this as pure fraudulent behaivior and a breach of contract.

Thieves and crooks! Don't order anything! I booked a car with full insurance on the same site. Paid in one payment. Upon receiving the car, the clerk offered to buy full insurance from them. I said that I paid for it in advance. He said that I did not buy it from them, but from another company. But I paid for everything! What difference does it make to me! Upon delivery, they did not check the car because it was wet after the rain. A few days later they sent an invoice for some scratches. I am 100% sure that nothing happened. They give me the phone number of their "partner", where the car was insured. rentalcars. Who can pay attention when ordering that this is one letter more in the name! Nobody answers there! There is no email to write to. In short, thieves, crooks and crooks!!!

Terrible English with a terrible accent. He does not understand anything that is said to him. Or pretending to understand. He tried to sell me full insurance for the car and did not even understand me that I had already paid for it when buying. Or pretended not to understand me. Company of crooks anyway
Rogue like his company. Upon receiving the car, he did not check it because it was dark, evening and the car was wet after rain. I was in a hurry to get on the plane and I had full insurance paid with the car. It turned out that they gave me a car with insurance from the company, their partner, but it is impossible to contact it. Found some small scratches that were so small that I did not notice them upon receipt. And they took money from the visa. Hiring a lawyer is not profitable. Just theft

Avoid this company. Rogues and thieves with an intelligent face. They simply do not understand that in addition to offering their services and speaking beautifully, you also need to do everything to make the client satisfied. The business is built on swindling customers

When we took the car, Kristian signed us for things that seemed unnecessary.
But mostly he didn't say and didn't mention at any point that when returning a car late at night, you have to pay an additional fee.
We only realized this when returning the car when Pavel ask for a payment of 25€ for returning it late at night.
It should be noted that this payment was also not mentioned in the registration of the car booking on the Rental Cars website.
It really disappointed us, even though it's a relatively small amount, it felt like a steal.

Didn't say all the things related to the return.
He charged us an amount that we did not know in advance. This is after one customer before us argued not to pay and did not pay in the end. And Pavel told us that they paid the amount in advance, finally it turned out to be a complete lie!
