Very good, the shuttle was ready, the paper work quick and polite.
Very bad weather, I found the office because very nice shuttel driver of your company name Yoachim lead me. When I arrived I didn’t get the same help and attitude I expected

Thank you very much for asking.
I would like to point out that Rostislav behaved shamefully, insulted me, he was very aggressive, short-tempered, and certainly gave a bad name to Top rent a car company !
In contrast, Denis at the drop -off was the complete opposite, and he deserves nothing but praise & only good wards.
