Terrible pick up service with an hour wait before driving off in a car with knocking from front of car. Returned immediately where the car was put on a ramp, wheels off and about 2 hour wait! Took a lot of effort to get them to switch the car and eventually drove away after 2.5 hour wait. Car was ok until it started raining then found out wiper blades were worn and scratchy. Drop off was much better and the shuttle bus driver was great. Maybe we were unlucky?

Everything was good. The only thing the pick up fee at the terminal I think is more than what I expect for this service.

At first, I thought this might be a dodgy business, but I didn't find strong evidence of that, so I decided to give it a go. Everything was fine; the only thing I didn't like was that I followed the head office address on your website and ended up in the wrong place. Please update your address. Later, I realised 'Top Rent a Car head office' on Google Maps would have taken me to the right place, but please update your address, or make it obvious with a Google Maps link. Professionally, I help large businesses with Web Applications, Design, and booking systems in the cloud - feel free to contact me if you need help.

Georgi processed my booking quickly, explained my policy, how to contact the emergency services, and how road assistance works, prepared all my paperwork for my trip to Greece, gave me a gift, and took me to the car. Everything was ok.
Nikoleta was really helpful. She processed the return quickly and processed my deposit too. I had no issues. She is great! One comment for Top Car: Nikoleta was alone at 9 a.m., and there was a queue of people needing to return their cars. You should get support from the business and bring in more staff to process additional returns in parallel.

The Peugeot 208 is great for a couple with two carry-on suitcases and backpacks. The trunk is not that big; you might fit medium suitcases, but you will struggle with large ones. The car drives smoothly and has multiple USB charging ports (USB-C) and works wirelessly for navigation via Apple CarPlay (or Android Auto).

Two points of criticism: 1. There was no information at the airport (Terminal 1) on how to get to the rental office—it really looks bad. The helpline, handled by a virtual assistant, is off-putting. We wasted 30 minutes trying to figure things out outside the terminal before accidentally stumbling upon your shuttle bus; otherwise, we would have had to take a shuttle from T1 to T2 and then another bus to the rental office—which could have taken even longer. 2. The car had a lot of damage. A damaged windshield and a dirty interior weren't marked—verifying this took 15 minutes. All in all, we lost nearly an hour. And one very positive note: the team. The best I’ve ever met (and I rent about 5–10 cars a year). Huge kudos and congratulations there.
