Hi
This is my third time
Using your service
I think you must upgrade the process of getting the car and get it back
Ther was a lots of customers when we came to take the car
And the process was very uncomfortable and it took a long time
Also there is almost every time problem to get in to the parking in terminal 1
Early in the morning.
Ther is a problem with the gate
Today ther was 5 cars that couldn’t get into the parking
Hope you will find the way to To solve the problem.
Other then that everything was o.k

The car was OK. We were disappointed because we ordered a Toyota Yaris and it was guaranteed for us but we got another car instead. Another unpleasant thing was that the car we received was all scratched. We photographed all the barges that were in the car and we hope you will not relate us scratches which were done before because we did not add new scratching. We returned the car with a full tank of fuel and put the keys in a key box at the desk

Hi. We talked with you and you said a man will meet us at the air port. We were looking for you 20 minutes. And then the progress of taking a car was really long because the man we talked to was slow and it took us more 30 minutes. His English wasn’t good and it took time to understand. Then we were waiting for the shuttle 15 minutes, what I’m trying to say is that the whole progress was to long and not as we agreed.

my flight had 40 min. delay

Was very nice and helpful.

We didnt find a gas station on our way back to airport.. I dont know how he estimated the missing gas. I filled the car two days ago.. The missing fuel was more than the missing fuel after I gave back the car and it toke 31 liters, and now the fuel tank missing less than 3 quarters and he calculated the price for 35 liters missing. I filled more than 3 quarters then and paid 61 leva, but now we paid about 125 leva!! You are punch of rubbers!!
