The original order was another car.
I will consider next time to use your services.
But it will not be the preferred option.

The service of desk manager was good and polite , all the rest was too long and complicated
It was polite and nice , but why I need to go to counter and then wait for attendant to go to the parking and check the car? why not to keep the person there?

He was polite, but unfortunately, the company’s policy — and the way you charge unnecessary fees, such as the attempt to take 16 leva in advance for “cleaning,” or the unreasonable charge for crossing into another country — was troubling.
My questions seemed to bother him.
With all due respect, I am not obliged to accept your policies automatically.
The whole process took far too long.
He refused to print the first page of my contract, while the woman next to him did it willingly for other customers.
In short — hire only women.

Очень долгое ожидание
Очень медленный, был один на смене. Ждали в очереди больше 30 мин, потом ещё 20 мин ждали шатл, чуть не опоздали на самолёт, а Святослав не был готов поторопится
