The pick-up and drop-off process was very straightforward. It might be better, however, to check a few things before handing over the vehicle—such as the tire pressure of the spare wheel.

While it is good to offer fast service—especially during pickup—the staff member explained everything so quickly that it was hard to follow, and we had to keep asking for clarification. All in all, however, we are very satisfied with Top Rent a Car.
Very straightforward and quick—many thanks for that. Unfortunately, however, a little smile and a somewhat less distant manner were missing.

The only complaint would be the amount of time it took for the shuttle from the airport to the head office and the time it took to get the car due to the queue of people. Total time was over 1hr 40 mins. It has been getting longer over our last 4 bookings.
