The Citroen was roomy and nice, but I found the engine noisier than I liked. It's a new car, so that's on the manufacturer. I will likely get a different suv next time with larger engine. The Citroen was very economical though. 10d of travel on just one tank!

The processes for renting and returning the vehicle were very quick and easy. The staff were excellent. We were also very satisfied with the vehicle itself. Thank you.

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my experience with Top Rent a Car. The welcome at the airport at 11:00 p.m. and the agent's kindness—and especially his sense of humor—were top-notch!!!
As for the car: it had over 100,000 km on it!! The windshield wiper blades needed replacing, and the driver’s side floor mat didn’t fit the car right—a couple of times my foot got stuck under it!!! Not enough power for the mountains… next time I’ll get a bigger, more powerful car.

They were professional, but I didn't really appreciate the way they pressured me into buying additional insurance. I know it's just business, but there are sometimes other ways to explain it besides putting that sheet of paper on the counter listing all the bad things that could happen without that insurance.
Borislav was very polite and understanding. The drop-off went really smoothly and was really quick. There was a bit of a wait at the counter, but we had plenty of time to get to the airport.

Too small and not powerful enough for mountain roads. The rental price was great, but the somewhat forced addition of insurance nearly doubled the original price!!!
