I was expecting another car model, curious to try this hybrid (paying higher price) but the purchase was through a third party (no guarantee for the model) and I was offered an alternative car. I am very happy with the replacement. The car was excellent and that gradually mitigatted my initial disappointment.

Overall the service is very good, although it started struggling from its success - the waiting time increased significantly, both at the terminal for the shuttle and at the desk to get the car.

Picking up the car was good, though the english speaking was a bit hard sometimes.
Returning the car was not clear, though the return point was very close to the airport the GPS took me to the terminal office.

The car I took was nearly new Citroen C3 .Very cheap on fuel and in a perfect nick. Absolute pleasure to drive on our journey.
Your stuff served me in a professional and friendly manner and I would strongly recommend Top rent-a-car Bulgaria to anyone seeking to take a hustle free rental in Varna.
Thanks

Citroen C 3 offers perfect balance between comfort economy and hire price for Budget travelers.
It is also quite spacy for it's class.
