Very efficient and helpful service. Zhelyazko, the agent brought it to our hotel in Obzor and when I asked, he was very helpful with telling us places of interest to visit so our experience with the agent was excellent. The Car was super clean with only 5835 km on the clock. We were told that we had to give it back in the same clean condition which is fair enough. I gave an overall ‘good’ rather than ‘excellent’ rating only because car washes which are available are few and far between so we ended up having to go to one in Sunny Beach. The car interior may have been clean enough as we didn’t bring anything dirty, wet or sandy into the car. However, due to the policy of returning the car in the same clean condition, we thought best to get it cleaned just to make sure so we ended up spending a good portion of our last day driving around to find a car wash… which is not necessarily what you want to be doing whilst on holiday. Perhaps the policy could flex a bit to take the low amounts of car washes available into consideration. After all, not so easy for foreigners to locate these. Vladislav, the agent who collected the car from us was equally helpful.

45 minute delay with desk shut. small hand written note with message left on the counter was missed by us all.
Nice smooth drop off. Due to illnesses during the week, both Fuel Prepaid Cars I rented were returned more than half full. Christina was asked to request a concessionary refund for us.
