All excellent except that our car was not ready for pickup, we had to wait 20/30 minutes until it arrived. Otherwise, all great!

The only problem was trying to find our way back to the depot. Perhaps you could give a location that we could put into Google when we pick up the car but apart from that I was very satisfied. Thankyou.

The fact that I or my colleague have to go to the bank to get our deposit back is a big no no for me,I used my card to put down the deposit and it should be put back the same way I work and struggle for time to do this.

Very easy pick up, let down because the agent was not outside the airport waiting for us when we arrived. Eventually tracked him down sitting in a cafe. We'd had a long drive so this was a area that was not needed.
