Picking up the car was good, though the english speaking was a bit hard sometimes.
Returning the car was not clear, though the return point was very close to the airport the GPS took me to the terminal office.

During the booking process, I selected the option to pick up the car near the office. Unfortunately, I then had to walk 300 meters with my heavy luggage—which was not exactly easy.
Why wasn't the car parked in the lot in front of the terminal, as booked?

I didn't understand his English. He was arrogant and not really friendly.
The car I got from his female colleague, because he was busy with other customers.
He answered my questions (I could understand his english) and we finished fast.

Many damages at the car.
You have to look carefully when you pick up the car, that they notice every damage in their protocol.
The price for a week was good.

As existing customer and mostly renting for Sofia airport , Burgas employee should be learning to get near to the same standard.

Dimitar was great explaining the small letters of not having the full insurance and taking triple deposit 3000 leva , except that noting special, the car tank wasn’t full at the pick up location and scratches were all over it . Even mention to another representative at the car park he just said “ It is okay”,..
Viki , she were very professional. 10/10

The overall experience was 'OK'. Not more. Not less.
Pick up process at the office was extremely slow. It took almost an hour until our booking began to be handled by the staff, due to other customers the were processed at the time we came.
The car we booked (VW TIGUAN) had a problem at one of the AC units. Pavel suggested that we'll wait another 30 minutes for an alternative similar vehicle, but we were already exhausted from the flight and long wait and preferred to take the malfunctioned vehicle and ask for a partial refund - due to the problem. We did not get it.
To be honest? I expected more from Bulgaria's top national car rental brand.

No partial refund (even a small one) for a malfunctioned AC, in July's hot summer? Not fair, in my opinion.

I almost missed my flight. Although I was the first in the office, the agent was serving other customers who had just arrived. Finally, he wanted to send us on foot to the airport.
