I have been charged 390,00 euro for small scratch!!! Svetoslav has a picture of scratch. Would you please investigate this? I consider that amount of money to be too much. Thanks you.

Hi, I got the car from a nice woman named Tifani, the car was good the experience was definitely good, but the ending experience was bad and ruined everything, a guy named Svetoslav I think, got the car and since I had to go back to the hotel near the airport I agreed with the hotel that their driver would pick me up me, I asked Svetoslav to help me and just call or let me call the hotel (I had no way to call from my phone) but he flatly refused to help me and replied that he is not allowed to call for things not related to work, I explained to him that it was just one short phone call, and in my opinion to help the customer That he paid and returned a Zev car was definitely within the scope of work, but he flatly refused and said that he had to move on to take care of other customers and that he didn't have time. It was really insulting. We had to go back up to your company's counter and there a nice guy immediately called the hotel

סרב בתוקף לאפשר לנו לאחר החזרת הרכב להתקשר למלון לאיסוף. התנהג ביהירות.

I booked the car by phone and "Top Protection" was only briefly mentioned, without explaining it is a paid extra which is not obligatory. When I arrived to collect the car this became evident on the agreement, I had to request the removal which lost considerable time and two separate deposits had to be paid as a result. I point out the entire inconvenience was caused by the call centre and not the staff at Sofia head office who were very helpful.

Very helpful, she was happy to explain everything regarding rental terms and procedures. Nikoleta sets a top example for all Top Rent A Car team members to follow.
Top! Quick and efficient.

Платих си Топ застраховка, но проблема със ремонта на колата трябваше да си реша сам. Да, парите за ремонта ми бяха възстановени, но 4 часа, които ми костваше ремонта няма никой да ми ги възстанови....

Child seat was obviously broken, we were sent to central office to replace. (With child unbuckled) Despite that, we had to wait there with kids in a car. Lost 2.5 hours of our rental time and our weekend. Missed going to 7 lakes. No compensation was pffered

Оцінка персоналу:

Not only didnt he check the child seats(can happen to anyone), but he has also hinted that it were we who broke the chair. Yeah, right, without touching it.
He was a bit rude and demanding, but i can understand that, it was my decision to return the car on sunday evening instead of monday morning

We rented the car with the wifi promotion only to find out its not available with any of the cars, we were informed about that only on our arrival to the pick up, we needed the mobile wifi to continue our journey and we couldn't find places due to only having weak gps signal. When we arrived to the pick up we were greeted rudely with a bad attitude just to make us go away, after we asked kindly it is a problem for us to not have the wifi and if it is possible to have a different car with gps vencislav said it is either we take the car or cancel and that we can use carplay, which works poorly without internet. With no other choice we needed to find the car alone without directions and found extra damages that were not stated in the report. we searched again for vencislav that was out of the office, when we found him he told us to take pictures and that he wont add it to the initial report that was handed to us. Other than that the car was good.

Bad attitude, gave us the feeling that he just want us to leave already, was not trying to help us when we asked.
Very kind and welcoming, was smiling even if it was in the middle of the night.
