Автомобила не ми хареса изобщо, оказа се твърде малък и тесен да побере 4 възрастни и едно дете с багаж за море. Индикатора на engine check светна още на отиване към Гърция и продължи да свети през цялото време. Колата на връщане нямаше мощност и на изкачване се държеше много странно, изобщо не ускоряваше. Не ми направи хубаво впечатление че на връщане не беше отбелязана драскотина която бях обявила при приемането. Ваш служител при връщането ми каза че е трябвало да направя клип на колата при приемането, а това трябваше да се каже още на взимане. Беше ми доста притеснено близо 24 часа докато не разбрах от банката че сте ми върнали 100% депозита. Мисля че в тази ситуация трябваше вие да се свържете сме преди отблокирането на депозита

Pick up time was specified but they failed to provide enough agents to deal with all customers, late at night we waited in 45 minutes queue to pick up ( that’s how long it took them to serve 3 people before us). We took full cover which was supposed to reduce our deposit by 50% but still full deposit was taken.

Dealt very slowly with customers. Didn’t provide agreement in English- in order to get a car we had to sign it in Bulgarian- language we don’t know.
On arrival we were told in an unpleasant tone and I quote: “ Get out of the car” we were with two kids after 6 hour journey, our little one was sleeping and we arrived 3 hours before the agreed drop off, we needed a minute to gather our stuff, so to be hurried to “get out” made us feel highly uncomfortable. Then we were charged 1/5 of 1 week car rental additionally for water being spilled in the car, which he classified as “ dirty interior”. Supposedly in the contract which we haven’t received in English. Overall general demeanour of this worker is very rude and inappropriate for customer service.

Because there is fabric interior, even the water marks show, so as long as the seats are not touched ( hahaha) you will be charged additional €50 for dry cleaning

Ел. колите са на топ ниво, но не и зарядните станции все пак eldrive е ваш партньор.
Отделно депозити се взимат не на чужди карти :)
Нека Милен направи разлика между prepaid карта и дебитна карта :)

Абсолютно неразбиране на разликата в цената директно от TopRendaCar беше по-висока от тази в Booking. При което ми беше продадена и допълнителна, доста висока бих казала застраховка в послединят мемент на гишето при наемане на колата. Условията са неясни и за пореден път остава мнение за неясна и некоректна ценова политика спрямо клиента.

I expected more comprehension for the payment of the fine I had in plovdiv. I spend a lot of time on the phone trying to understand how to pay it myself. Unfortunately I never managed to do it. Therefore I had to pay 15€ extra for management cost. I though it was really exagerated and if I had known form the start I would not have ruined 2 days to try to do it myself.
