Здравейте, тъй като желаете да оценя качеството на предоставената от Вас услуга, Ви изпращам моята оценка, която е задоволителна. На 28.05.2021 получих от Вашата компания автомобил Тoyota Corolla на летище Варна. Първото ми впечатление от колата беше много разочароващо. Колата беше навсякъде надрана и ужулена без представителен вид. Втората ми забележка е, че на таблото датчика за налягането на гумите светеше през цялото време. Вашият служител ме уведоми, че със гумите всичко е наред и мога спокойно да карам. Трето: На 29.05.2021 г. в паркирано състояние намерих колата със паднало налягане на задна, дясна гума, където трудно може да се прецени от оглед дали това се дължи на спукана гума, което е малко вероятно или по-скоро на спаднала гума преди да се занесе колата на вулканизатор за проверка. Четвърто: Във връзка с номер 3, смятам, че нашата сигурност е била застрашена точно с този автомобил, защото при спаднало налягане на гумата в движение, това можеше да доведе до инцидент със сериозни последствия. Пето: След оглед се обадих в Центъра за Обслужване на клиенти, след което ми съобщиха, че или трябва сам да си сменя гумата или трябва да платя за Пътна помощ или да изчакам екип на компанията, за което да платя транспорт отиване и връщане от Варна и цена на услуга 30 Евро. Шесто: Колата беше върната със сменена резевна гума и Вашият служител само леко намекна, че понеже нямам застраховка и затова трябва да заплатя. След разговор със супервайзор, това не се наложи и депозита за колата в размер на 1200 лв. беше отблокиран. Смятам, че компанията е добра и цени своите клиенти, особено тези, които от години ползват нейните услуги и са достигнали ниво ВИП, но в този случай просто изтеглихме "късата клечка" с този автомобил и също така смятам, че по принцип имам право на обезщетение. Отделно от това искам да разбера как мога да се сдобия с промо код за бъдещи резервации и какви предимства дава този код освен отстъпката за ВИП клиент?

I have charged for "Over working time " , But it wasn't mentioned when ordered, You are writing 24 Hour Desk ! The car had a warning light , which i was told it is "because engine is cold" , I had to find out the hard way (the car didn't start) , it was missing Diesel Reagent (AddBlue)

He lost points by Giving the wrong answer for the warning light Beside that , he was very nice and welcomeing
I was dropping the car at 4:30 at the morning , No signs or Explanation what to do with the car , the car keys and documents, lost almost 40 minutes finding out ...

Dear sirs; Thank you very much for your satisfaction survey; I'll say that every thing was going perfect since I made and got the confirmed reservation since Thursday 31 till Monday Nov 4, including "Full Protection" insurance covered. I even made a 1 day extension reservation, returning the car back on Tuesday 5. Until here every thing was perfect mainly the good attention and kindness of all your staff. As always it have been in several others occasions that I used your car rental. But when I came to the airport in November Tuesday 5 around 7.15 to return the car, problems began mainly due to a impolite Top rent employee attention as I explain following; 1) When I arrived to the Top rent Parking to leave the car, there was an employee of Top Rent a car, that in an rude way told me? What are you doing returning the car at this time? You should have a charge for to advance return as I had it forecasted for 15 hour. Told him that my plane leave earlier so have to return before. 2) He asked give him documents of the car as well my contract copy that finally didn't want to give me back. 3) He started to make a very intensive inspection of the car, one and other time, inside and outside , also in the baggage side of the car. It looked as a policeman inspection. 4) Finnally seems that he saw a small scratch in the right back corner of the car, that I never noticed and even don't know since when could it be there. 5) He said that this small scratch was not there before,? I don't know, when I took the car it was night and employee giving me the car at Parking didn't review it at all. The case is that the impolite employee insisted that the scratched was not there and he was going to charge to me the scratch reparation even considering that I had a "Full Protection" Insurance included in my contract. 6) So in spite of all this he insisted that the scratch was my fault and as I didn't !!!say to the police about this scratch!!!! The insurance didn't cover it ? But how can I say to the police about a small scratch that I didn't notice ? even if it was there before? So I said to the impolite employee that neither wanted give me his name, that I was absolutly disagreed with what he was pretending, first to charge me for advance return, and after for the scratch, and that I wouldn't accept any charge for these concepts. 7) Iam sure that "Top rent a car Company" as a brilliant Company that is, and my frequent regular customer condition, will take my arguments in consideration and avoid to make any charge more that what I have already paid for this last contract. 8) In fact, reviewing the Full Protection insurance conditions, says as Police claim requirement in cases of roads accidents, robbering, etc, but nothing about this requirement for an appeared scratch never noticed. All my disappointed for the impolite employee. Yours sincerely

Very good attention, professional, decisive, and very kind.
Though I explain enough about this employee in my generals comments, I'd emphasize in his impolite attention since the moment that I arrived to the airport Top rent Parking, with forms as suspecting of customer for every thing, starting for my advanced return of the car. Never happen something so before.

Every time We hire we seem to upset your staff. Collection was ok... drop off your staff were hungry and complain about us. We extended the rental after 7 days and the person who extended on the phone said ok but we must bring back the car between 12:00 - 13:00 because the car is for rental to another at 14:00. So we arrived in the time requested and the staff were annoyed because they wanted lunch and gave us bad attitude (not the first time we have bad attitude from staff). Ok, so I’m not a tourist where it is easy to give bad attitude and they never come back to Varna but we have a home here and make rentals regularly... please respect the customer, it is nicer for all. I’m sure these staff of shop not are starving ...!!!!

Автомобиль неверно показывает уровень топлива. Он был заправлен до полного бака непосредственно перед сдачей, однако, индикатор уровня топлива продолжал показывать прежнее значение (около 4/5 бака).

Все отлично
Сдача машины заняла очень много времени, так как в офисе был только один сотрудник. Когда мы объяснили проблему с уровнем топлива и показали чек с заправки (подтверждение оплаты на телефоне), сотрудник пытался нас убедить в том, что объем залитого топлива не соответствует пробегу. Соответственно, что мы не могли заправить машину до полного бака. С этим мы не согласны, так как пробег составил 237 км при среднем расходе 5л/100 км. Это соответствует объёму залитого дизеля-около 11л. Таким образом, мы уверены, что вернули машину с полным баком.

It tooks a very long time for all the paperwork.There were 2 scratches for i had to pay but i had full insurrance with easy terra according the local TOP man.So I had to pay and wait for email from TOP rent (until now i did not receive) so I can claim the money from them.This is much to complicated.Also my parking ticket disappeared so they want me to pay an extra 55 euro after becoming angry suddenly my parking ticket was "found".
