I arrive almost two hours late and I was charged more than a rental day, ok not so big deal but last week my previous rental when I found different damages on the car and I had to wait more than one hour until the whole procedure was completely no one come to give a discount, you can check the hour when I had to receive the car and when I left the place and because another car was closing the drive way and no one from the stuff was able to find the car key for long time, as I said no problem to pay for one and half hour I came late but why not to receive a discount for my time spent there too?

Long wait for pick up the car
And even longer to drop the car back
1 nice employee on many customers
We had to wait half an hour to return the car
Instead of 5 minutes in Avis for example

Hi,
A few comments.
Too long a wait. We waited 20 minutes for delivery from the airport to the office. Registration took more than 30 minutes. Surcharge for evening order + surcharge for morning return time, today this is rare. Otherwise, we were satisfied. The car is in good condition, discount cards at gas stations really work, a good feature.

The overall experience was 'OK'. Not more. Not less.
Pick up process at the office was extremely slow. It took almost an hour until our booking began to be handled by the staff, due to other customers the were processed at the time we came.
The car we booked (VW TIGUAN) had a problem at one of the AC units. Pavel suggested that we'll wait another 30 minutes for an alternative similar vehicle, but we were already exhausted from the flight and long wait and preferred to take the malfunctioned vehicle and ask for a partial refund - due to the problem. We did not get it.
To be honest? I expected more from Bulgaria's top national car rental brand.

No partial refund (even a small one) for a malfunctioned AC, in July's hot summer? Not fair, in my opinion.

It is not possible to average the ratings for two different locations.
The service in Sofia, Mladost was excellent—quick, professional, and friendly.
Kristyan answered our questions in a way that will be helpful in the future.
However, the service at the Varna city office was unacceptable. The staff were uncooperative, refused to introduce themselves, and did not allow us to leave our luggage while we picked up the car.
In summary, the service in Sofia was perfect, but in Varna, it was very poor.

Bad, very unfriendly service, especially from the main manager of the office -the guy.
No explanation of the details. Long registration.
Perfect service. Very quick, friendly, with the answers to the following questions for the future. Thanks a lot to Kristiyan!
