You've set a benchmark how a rent a car experience should look/feel like. At times I pretty much feel like I'm ordering a McDonald's. Everything is up to the point. Your staff is well trained, polite and they work fast.
Well done Top Rent a Car!

Well trained, groomed, polite and he works fast. What else a client could ask for.

Don't let that compact size mislead you. It does pack a punch. The engine is quite zippy. 3 modes to choose from - Sport, Normal, and Eco (my preferred one).
The fuel economy is excellent. On the highway based on the trip computer 4.6L/100km from Dimitrovgrad to Sofia with only one person in the car and the speed set to 110kmph with occasional acceleration to 140 due to overtaking.
The ride quality is really good. The suspension is perfectly adjusted. Not too firm but not too soft as well.
Sufficient storage in the trunk.
There's also a wireless Android auto which makes life easier.
This car is probably for a family with a small kid with no stroller to carry on. Or just two adults because when the front seats are adjusted they does eat from the leg room of whoever is sitting on the backseat.
Overall this car is an excellent choice. After driving it for nearly 1000km I've started considering purchasing one for myself.
Thank you Top Rent a Car for keeping your standards high and your clients happy.

Не ми хареса това че офиса и паркинга, от където се взема колата, не са на едно и също място. Самият паркинг под ФК е слабо осветен.

The car rental itself is perfect but please improve your shuttle service. It is not in every 10-15 minutes as mentioned in the email. I had to wait 40 minutes after 3 phone calls.
