Оцінка послуги:
good
Overall the rental process was smooth and the staff was polite and professional.
The only disappointment was an additional late service fee applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
I hope the company will consider more flexibility in such situations in the future.

The car was clean and technically fine.
The overall experience was slightly affected by an additional late service fee
applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
Apart from this, the rental process was smooth and the staff was professional.

the cars should be offered wchich are easiest to understand for first users; VW scores best for this; for instance difficult to find out how the cruise control works in the Citroen; the window clean system didn't work well with frost
