We were unhappy that our bookings with Zest said pick up at airport but had to go off site to collect the cars. My husband and I had rented 2 Caddys . We were travelling with our daughters, 2 two year old children a 5 month old baby and a 8 week old baby plus all their luggage prams and car seats. We dropped them off at the airport on return and were delayed there off loading them before dropping the cars back off site again. The pick up rental agent told us that we had to return the cars off site although we asked if we could drop off the cars at the airport on return.

Had to wait a while in the queue to order a car, there was only one agent. But after that it was a smooth ride and very quick drop off.

Nicoleta was excellent in handling the pick up of the car. She was quick which was great.
Diyan made it very quick in dropping the car off. And returned the deposit straight away on the card too.

Check in and collection very good...price competitive, drop off a little authoritarian due to a trim being loose on front bumper...made to feel at fault...I understand they have to check and hold a deposit till it's checked...and it may be the culture gap...this is my only negative...overall a very good servic

One thing I would change is using anti freeze screen wash. We left bansko in minus 3 and had to keep behind traffic to get the screen wet through spray to try and see

I had to wait for three other groups to collect their cars, Gospodin was efficient and as quick as possible while making sure he covered all aspects of the rental. He was happy and helpful.
Tihomir did a very good job trying to keep the desk running for customers and receiving my car back at -4 at terminal 2, maybe that was because we were about 30 minutes earlier than expected, he was very efficient, if a little short, I put that down to being under pressure.
