New girl.
Very efficient
All good , he inspected the vehicle. There were no issue's at all. I had full protection anyway. But you have sent me a bill six days after the all clear for €54.00? Your representative was professional

Had to wait to pick up for a while as it was busy and only one or two agents but the process was simple. Drop off was very quick.

First time using your service. Very pleased with the overall experience.

It took a while to arrange the shuttle bus at the airport as there was a long queue at the desk. When eventually reaching the desk it was ordered with around 25 minutes wait. After that it all went smoothly. Where the pickup is off-site it would be useful to have a contact number to arrange collection rather than wait in a long queue behind others arranging their airport collections.
Some confusion over new insurance paperwork but not anyone's fault.

Perfect, came out as soon as we pulled up, checked the car as quickly as he could. Processed refund asap (although still waiting for funds to hit bank) then grabbed the shuttle van and dropped us back at the airport in quick time. Super nice guy, highly recommend
